Photographs : Applicant is required to affix 1 and attach 2 recent passport size photographs
Age Proof : Two (2) clear attested photocopies of Age Proof ( E.g.: Birth Certificate, Pan Card )
Education Proof: Two (2) clear attested photocopies of education proof – Leaving Certificate of the institute and Mark Sheet of the Last year
Address Proof : Two (2) clear attested photocopies of Address Proof ( E.g.: Ration Card , Domicile Certificate , Passport, Driving License )
